Florista FAQs

  • We need 48 hours to prepare your order. You can schedule what day you’d like your order to be ready at checkout.

  • We are located in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Pickup address will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup.

    Operating Hours:

    Mon-Fri: 3pm-8pm

    Sat-Sun: 10am-4pm

  • Delivery is not included in the listed price. We are happy to coordinate hand delivery or Uber courier service upon request. Please contact us after checkout to arrange.

  • The exact pick up location will be provided in your confirmation email once your order is confirmed.

  • 1. Start with clean vase, fresh water and flower food

    2. Remove any leaves that will be under the waterline

    3. Change water and trim stems every 2 days

    4. Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight

    5. Remove stems as needed

    Enjoy your flowers!

  • Items with no apparent defective elements do not qualify for a refund/change of order for the reason of “client’s change of mind.”
